Spinach Wraps

I was looking for a veggie wrap option for our burger night and found this spinach wrap recipe. The consistency is flexible and it holds up nicely, which is always a problem with veggie wraps.
Not only is this low-carb, but you're eating a full cup of spinach to boot!
It was so good!

Ingredients
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Pulse in food processor and spread on sprayed parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375 for 18 min.
Highly recommend trying these out! I’ve now used them to make little pizzas and even enchiladas.
