  • Meal Plans/Recipe Collection
  • My BOD Group - Fitness group where our fit family lives.  Get daily Inspiration from your coach, prizes and log workouts and shakes.
  • 1:1 Coach check ins
  • Nutrition: Choose between 2 different programs, Portion fix or 2B Mindset & get weekly meal plans.
  • Choose ONE of the following Options to go with your program:
    • Option A: 1 Bag of superfood shakes (over 70 nutrients, probiotics and prebiotics) Video on Shakeology:
    • Option B: 1 container of Energize Pre-workout and 1 container of Recover Post workout (sore muscles)
    • Option C:  FAN FAV!!! Shake & Hustle - 21 servings of Energize Pre-workout & 21 servings of Shakeology.
