Cottage cheese high-protein flat bread is a great alternative to bread!
Directions
Blend up two eggs and one cup of cottage cheese with a little garlic powder.
Layout a thin layer on sprayed parchment paper on a pan. I also sprinkled with 'Everything but the Bagel' spice.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until done. Let it cool and then cut it however you want to use it! Enjoy!
