Arrachera (Skirt) Marinade

  • 1/2 cup lime juice

  • 1/4 cup orange juice or 1/2 squeezed orange

  • 3 Tbsp Oil

  • 2 Tbsp Soy or Aminos

  • 2 tsp chopped garlic

  • 1/4 chopped cilantro

  • 3 Tbsp Hot Salsa (or added favorite pepper for heat)

  • 1 tsp Salt, Cumin, and Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


For roughly 2-3 pounds of properly cleaned and tenderized meat. Marinate 4-6 hours in fridge.


Grill over high heat, not too long, and let rest before slicing or chopping. Hit with a little salt, pepper, and squeeze of lime before serving.
