Vegan Double Chocolate Cupcakes

Our fav dairy free and gluten free cupcake recipe! This never ever disappoints.

Cupcakes or cake!


Ingredients

1 cup flour or gluten free flour

3/4 cup coconut sugar

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2/3 cup almond milk

1/2 cup brewed coffee or more milk

1/4 cup avocado oil or coconut

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup chocolate chips


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray muffin tins or line them.

2. In a large bowl mix dry ingredients.

3. Mix in went ingredients and then fold in chocolate chips.

4. Bake for 15-18 min. Check with toothpick.


I served with coconut cream because these are pretty decadent.
