My daughter loves these!
Easy side dish that goes with anything and will taste like you slaved. That crispness tho!
1. Slice small red or yellow potatoes in half.
2. Line a glass dish with 2-3 tablespoons of butter or olive. I do a mix of both.
3. Sprinkle the pan with Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper & your fav spices.
4. Place potatoes face down on top of the cheese and oil.
4. Bake at 425 for 30-45 min until tender.
5. Flip over to serve and enjoy!
These are great for breakfast too!
