My kids love love love this recipe! It's easy to throw together and the best part is that you get to mix in even more healthy ingredients without them even know it! Throw in extra protein powder, flax or chia seeds to make these packed full of nutrition. Forget the bowl of cereal (aka sugar) and go for these!!!
Ingredients
2.5 Cup old fashioned oats
1 cup low fat greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey
2 ts baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 TB Ground Flax
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of dark Chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Spray 12 muffin tin pan with oil 3. Place oats in food processor & pulse for 10 sec. 4. Add remaining ingredients and pulse till smooth 5. optional: add dark chocolate chips or nuts 6. Bake for 18-20 mint.
