Whenever I make this dressing and bring it to parties, people ALWAYS ask me for the recipe. I've since started using Avocado oil instead of olive oil for a lighter version. I love serving this in a Garbage salad that is always complete with cilantro and feta!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp Honey (raw if you have it)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 Garlic clove smashed
Directions
Pour olive oil into a jar or measuring cup
Pour Balsamic into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients except garlic.
Blend Balsamic mixture well.
Pour Balsamic Mixture into olive oil and shake up or mix well.
Add in crushed garlic clove
I typically double this recipe to have it in the fridge for the week. Enjoy!
