Kate's Famous Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Updated: Aug 5

Whenever I make this dressing and bring it to parties, people ALWAYS ask me for the recipe. I've since started using Avocado oil instead of olive oil for a lighter version. I love serving this in a Garbage salad that is always complete with cilantro and feta!

- 3/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil

- 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar

- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

- 2 Tbsp Honey (raw if you have it)

- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp pepper

- 1 Garlic clove smashed

  1. Pour olive oil into a jar or measuring cup

  2. Pour Balsamic into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients except garlic.

  3. Blend Balsamic mixture well.

  4. Pour Balsamic Mixture into olive oil and shake up or mix well.

  5. Add in crushed garlic clove

I typically double this recipe to have it in the fridge for the week. Enjoy!
