High Protein Banana Pudding
Okaaaaay!!!! This was sooo good! And hit the spot after dinner!
High protein banana pudding with our new fav ingredient: cottage cheese! Super easy too!
1. In a blender or food processor, blend: 2 cups 1% cottage cheese, 2 ripe bananas, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp of vanilla, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
2. Pour over crushed wafers or graham crackers. I used 3 galletas marías.
3. Serve with cool whip, cinnamon & a few more banana slices on top.
This had 13 grams of protein! And both my teens ate it up without question. Mom win!
