Heathy Hamburger Helper

My kids always want seconds and the rules are that they have seconds on green beans too then! I love fueling my family with food like this!


Ingredients


2 cups pasta boiled

1 pound ground sirloin or turkey browned with 1 chopped onion.

1 teaspoon garlic powder, paprika & parsley

Salt & pepper to taste

1 eight oz can tomato sauce

2.5 cups almond milk

1 beef bullion cube for a more beefy flavor (optional)

2 cups shredded cheddar

Instructions


1. Brown meat with onion and spices (drain fat)

2. Add in pasta, tomato sauce, almond milk, bullion cube and simmer

3. Add in cheese. Mix and serve up!

4. Season with salt & pepper


Serve with your favorite veggie and enjoy!

I also love to use the quinoa brown rice pasta @aldiusa.
