Ingredients
1 lb Turkey sausage
8 oz whole wheat pasta
1 3/4 cups marinara sauce
3/4 cup part skim ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Turkey sausage (if making your own)
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoon cold water
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon fennel
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix spices with turkey with hands until just mixed. Brown & drain fat when cooking.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
Coat a casserole dish with spray
Cook sausage.
Cook pasta 2 min less then directions, rinse.
Spread enough marinara sauce on the bottom to coat.
To the sausage, add ricotta, marinara and pasta. Mix.
Add to pan and bake for 25/30 min.
I served with a big garbage salad!
