Oatmeal Bake

My daughter and I LOVE this new oatmeal bake recipe that comes together in just a few minutes. This is a great Sunday meal prep meal for the week.


2 bananas mashed

2 cups oatmeal

2.5 cups almond milk

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons ground flax seed

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup maple syrup


Mash banana. Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix.


Bake at 350 in a casserole for 30-35 min. Feel free to sliced bananas on top or add nuts.


I drizzle with drippy peanut butter and add in plain Greek yogurt, sweetened with liquid stevia (from @traderjoes ) and cinnamon.


Protein and good carbs for the breakfast win!
