Gluten-free Focaccia Muffins

Dairy free and gluten-free focaccia muffins. So great!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour 

  • 1 cup flax seed meal

  • 1.5 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp Rosemary

  • 1/2 tsp thyme

  • 7 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tsp fresh garlic minced

Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl

3. Add garlic, oil and eggs to dry ingredients, mix well

4. Fill muffin tin/cups 3/4 full

5. Bake for 20 min (my oven runs hot and was done in 17 min)
