The best "good for you" cookies ever!
Ingredients
1 cup organic almond butter (or nut butter)
1 large egg
2 tbsp organic coconut sugar
1/4 cup raw honey
1.5 tbsp flax seed
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients except nuts and chips. Stir for 1-2 min. Then fold in nuts and chips.
Drop dough in rounded tablespoons onto parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes (shorter or longer depending on cookie size).
They are best kept in the refrigerator as these are all REAL ingredients. The shelf life is not long.
