The kids loved these last week! Legit, my daughter ate 4! Double this recipe.
Ingredients
1/2 Banana mashed
1 cup oats blended into oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp greek yogurt (plain, no sugar)
1/4 cup egg whites beaten until fluffy
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until combined.
Place the batter in the fridge for few minutes while the pan heats up to ensure thick fluffy pancakes.
Cook over medium heat and serve with your favorite toppings.
Cooks tip: Add chocolate chips!
