Three Ingredient Pancakes

These pancakes are seriously next level healthy, tasty & the easiest to make.

This is literally a few ingredients and comes together in minutes. My son adores them.


  • 2 eggs beaten

  • 1 banana mashed well

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Blend or mix well.

  2. Cook on a hot non stick pan. I like to coat with coconut oil.

Serve the whole batch up with drippy organic peanut butter and/or a little Greek yogurt sweetened with a few drops of liquid stevia and cinnamon.

It’s a great source of protein. You will love! Promise!
