Three Ingredient Pancakes

These pancakes are seriously next level healthy, tasty & the easiest to make.

This is Literally a few ingredients and comes together in minutes. My son adores them.


2 eggs beaten

1 banana mashed well

1 teaspoon vanilla


Blend or mix well. Pour on to a hot non stick pan. I like to coat with coconut oil.


Serve the whole batch up with drippy organic peanut butter and a little Greek yogurt sweetened with a few drops of liquid stevia And cinnamon. .

It’s a great source of protein. You will love! Promise!
